Next Door works on the cleaning supplies that the customer has in the house. This includes vacuum, mops, and Swiffer’s. If there is such a need, we can help you choose the appropriate cleaning products for your needs.

For our first visit we need to deep clean your home to ensure that we can maintain that standard of cleaning in any subsequent visit. This includes a fee of $ 40 per hour, per person.

The following are the price ranges for cleaning typical homes on regular, bi-weekly basis:

- Payments are due at the time of service
- Payments are accepted in cash or check (Checks should be filled out to Next Door Cleaning Service)
- There is a $40 fee to all returned Checks
- Laundry $20 (per load) (Customer must provide laundry card and laundry room access. If there is no balance on the laundry card, we will not do laundry)
- Please cancel 24 hours before service, any cancellations afterwards will warrant a $50 fee
